Smart tools for small businesses
Weekly toolbox talks, written for your crew in a minute.
Tell Clever Rook your trade and this week's work. Its AI drafts a talk in English and Spanish from the OSHA rules it cites, for someone on your team to review. Your crew signs on their phones, and the record is kept for you.

Tell it about this week
Pick a topic and your trade. Add the tasks, the site conditions or a recent near miss if you like.
Get a talk in two languages
A 5- or 10-minute talk in English and Spanish side by side, with the OSHA sections it's based on.
Crew signs, record kept
Print it with a sign-in sheet, or let the crew scan a QR code and sign on their phones. Every talk stays on file.
Anyone can write a talk. The work is getting it read, signed and kept.
English and Spanish, side by side
Read either language to a mixed crew. The Spanish is a faithful translation, not a different talk.
Built from the rules it cites
Each talk is written from the official text of 29 CFR 1926 sections that match your topic, and lists them as sources.
Signed on phones
Workers scan a QR code, read the talk and sign with a finger. No app and no account for the crew.
Ready to print
A clean PDF with your company, project, date and a sign-in sheet that already holds the phone signatures.
The record, kept
Every document with its date, reviewer and signatures, and one safety binder PDF per project for when a GC, insurer or inspector asks.
About your job, not a template
Tied to your trade, this week's tasks and conditions, so the crew hears something that applies today.

Smart tools, starting with safety paperwork
Each tool fills in a short form and hands back a finished document you can sign and keep. More are on the way.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes, to start. The free plan makes 3 documents a month, with sign-offs and PDFs. Paid plans for crews that hold a talk every week are priced per company, not per worker.
Where does the safety content come from?
From the official text of the OSHA construction standards (29 CFR 1926) on eCFR. For each talk we pick the sections that match your topic and tasks, and the talk lists them as sources. It doesn't invent citations or statistics.
Do my workers need an account or an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the printed sheet or the screen, read the talk in English or Spanish and sign with a finger. You can also have them sign the printed sheet.
Does this make us OSHA compliant?
No tool can promise that. Clever Rook writes a draft for a competent person on your team to review and adapt to your site. It keeps the record of what you presented and who attended.
Is the talk written by AI?
Yes. Clever Rook uses AI (OpenAI's models) to draft each document from what you enter and from the official regulation text it cites. Every document is marked as a draft until a competent person on your team reviews it.
